Gold drifters playing cards
Featuring a custom letter-pressed tuck case and beautifully illustrated faces, Drifters was designed by Curtis Jenkins in collaboration with Dan and Dave.
Printed by the U.S. Playing Card Co. using an exclusive "crushed stock" process to create a more refined and lighter deck of playing cards developed by D&D.
The letter-pressed tuck case feels way more premium than I expected for the price, and it snaps shut nicely. Faces are clean and easy to read during fast games, no glare issues under my kitchen light.
The illustrated court cards have this lovely hand-drawn feel that makes shuffling through them genuinely fun. Tuck case has a nice weight to it too, way nicer than the standard deck I had before.
The letter-pressed tuck case feels way nicer in hand than I expected for the price. Cards fan smooth right out of the box and the gold accents on the faces really pop under good light.
